excellent city stay
city center helpful staff early check
the hotel location was excellent, close to the city center. a metro station was very close for traveling further. the staff was amazing, check in early was very helpful.
the room was small and it lacked a coffee maker.

my room was really small. its quite cramped with two people. i also found breakfast to be not great. there were many options, but they all seem low quality. everything was really sugary.

Wonderful Stay Near Waterlooplein
friendly staff modern room convenient location fresh assortment
The staff were very friendly. Their politeness was evident. The modern rooms offered a clean and tidy space for my stay. I found the location quite convenient. Many attractions were within a comfortable walking distance. Breakfast was good, the assortment was very fresh.
I noted the absence of a coffee maker in the room. This small detail could have enhanced the stay.

The hotel included a handy bar in the lobby. It provided a place for snacks and coffee. Tram stops were accessible, with a three-minute walk to Mr Visserplein station. This made access around the area simple.

dim lighting missing minibar
staff responded to a request for extra towels promptly.
the lighting in the room was dim, i found it insufficient for reading. also, i noted the absence of a minibar and i consider this a serious oversight. for the price paid, bottled water should have been complimentary at minimum.

cozy lobby helpful staff fast elevator
The hotel featured a very nice, cozy lobby. The staff were very helpful and nice during my entire stay. The fast elevator was also very practical and beneficial.
The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or iron.
