The hotel featured a very nice, cozy lobby. The staff were very helpful and nice during my entire stay.
The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or iron.

The staff demonstrated great dedication to. They were all quite lovely. Their service included offering helpful assistance whenever needed. This ensured a smooth experience. The reception staff worked hard to be polite and professional at all times.
